(1) Are you a registered Company? (A) Yes, our registration number with Government of Nepal is 64269/066/067 (2) I need to come urgently to the UK to study. Could you help me?(A) Yes of course we can help and we do have a fast track service to enroll you with the college. It is recommended that you use our DHL postage service to get your documents in time. But we have no fast tracks with your visa application. At present it is taking anything from 2 to 4 weeks. (3) How long would it take to process everything. (A) After you have received your admission letter it would normally take about 35 to 45 days to be on a plane for the UK. (4) The colleges you deal with, are they recognised? (A) All our colleges are registered and recognised by the Authorities in the UK including the department that deals with international students' visas. These colleges must be included in the Department of Education and Skills' Register of Education and Training Providers. To check whether a college is genuine or not, students are advised to double check on http://www.dfes.gov.uk/providersregister for reassurance. (5) Do you offer scholarships? (A) We do get special discounts for Nepalese students from certain colleges. We include those discounts in our quoted fees. (6) When should I buy my air ticket? (A) Normally after you know the result of your visa application. We can book and confirm your seats from our office. Our partner travel company at the same address in Pani Pokhari is offering normally the cheapest air tickets in Nepal. We will be very pleased to book your air tickets. (7) Can you help me find work in the UK? (A) We can offer you suggestions although a job finding service is also free from the Government Job Centres in every large town in the UK. It is not the best time to find a job in the UK but if you are persistent, you should get a job in the first few weeks. Our British consultant will be able to sit with you and chat about finding jobs. (8) What if my visa is refused, do I get my money back ? (A) You would get your money back less Administration costs which most colleges would charge. We will let you know about any charges beforehand and this will also be confirmed in your admission letter before you send any deposits to UK. (9) How do I pay my fees ? (A) You should pay for the first 12 months for the best chance of getting a visa and after you can negotiate gradual payments to the college. Most UK colleges and universities will give you a good discount if you pay for the first year in advance. We include this discount in all our fees. (10) I don’t have a relative in the UK, could you help me find Accommodation? (A) Yes we can. We recommend booking the first month with the college and then sharing with some of your classmates from Nepal and nearby countries. That way the accommodation can be quite cheap. (11) Can I work and study in the UK? (A) As a student of diploma level and above, you are allowed to work 20 hours a week during term time and full time hours during holiday periods. As a student below diploma level, you may ony work for 10 hours per week while at that level. (12) Once I get there will I find a job straight away ? (A) We cannot guarantee that you will get a job straight away. So, it is very important that you bring sufficient funds to maintain yourself throughout your studies. (13) Can I bring my wife and kids with me? (A) Yes, they can come as your dependants. Further information can be found on http//www.ind.homeoffice.gov.uk But there is a certain way to do this. It is best to chat to our British consultant about this one.
