1. All prospective students are strongly advised to pay for the first year in college. This will greatly increase your chance of getting your UK visa. 2. In the event of cancellation due to your student visa being refused the fees paid will be refunded less an administration charge. This varies from college to college. If your course gets cancelled because you have any fake documents, the college will refuse to refund any money. 3. UK Study & Visa will only act as an agent between you and the college. If for any technical reason the college cancels your course, you will be offered an alternative course/college or a full refund of course fees. 4. UK Study & Visa can only give you updated information on how to successfully apply for your Student Visa but we cannot guarantee that your visa will be given. A visa can be granted after all the requirements have been met. The Visa Section at The British High Commission in Delhi will not refund the visa charge if your visa is refused. 5. UK Study & Visa does not offer financial assistance to students. We are negotiating with some of our colleges, a special disount for Nepalese students. 6. UK Study & Visa works with only colleges that are registered and recognised by the authorities in the UK. Before offering you a place at any college checks will be made to make sure that the status of the college has not changed. 7. Accommodation can be arranged only after we have received a deposit (which is equivalent to one month rent) and one month rent in advance. 8. We will work closely with you to obtain the refund if your visa is refused. But it can take time and any delay will be outside our control. Usually refunds take about four to six weeks to arrive from the UK college. We are not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of any dispute between the student and the college. 9. Our charge for helping the student with college/university enrolment and assisting with the visa application is 6,800 Rupees. This is a non-refundable deposit and must be paid before the process can begin.
